-$500 nonrefundable booking deposit due at time of signing     contract, with half of remaining balance due sixty   (60) days prior to event and final payment due thirty (30) days   prior to event.              

-Cancellation made more than (90) days to (120)days prior to event   will be refunded 50% monies paid. 

-Cancellation made (60) sixty to (90) days prior to event will be   refunded 25% of monies paid.

-Cancellation made after (60) sixty days prior to event   will forfeit all monies paid.  

-$250 refundable damage deposit will also be due at time of   signing contract.It will be returned upon inspection of property   by Whippoorwill Hollow staff.
