-$500 nonrefundable booking deposit due at time of signing contract. 25% of remaining balance due ninety (90) days prior to event. 50% of remaining balance due sixty (60) days prior to event with final payment due thirty (30) days prior to event.
-Cancellation made more than (90) days to (120) days prior to event will be refunded 50% monies paid.
-Cancellation made (60) to (90) days prior to event will be refunded 25% of monies paid.
-Cancellation made after (60) sixty days prior to event will forfeit all monies paid.
-$250 refundable damage deposit will also be due at time of signing contract. It will be returned upon inspection of property by Whippoorwill Hollow staff.
